hi! i'm going to buy some pascal piazzola pipes from smokingpipes.com, and i'd like to know if you have any reviews on this french briars.

I have no knowledge of that pipe, but I have great respect for French pipe making culture. Factory or artisanal, French pipes far exceed their price points. The French tend to be arbiters of taste and culture, and this certainly extends to pipes. It would not be pleasant to be a pipe maker in France who produced a mediocre product, so basically they don't.

After reading a bit of his biography I'd say he has the chops to make good pipes. The price point of those on SP make them a worthwhile gamble.
