Well I got a pleasant surprise yesterday when my Pietenpaw arrived and Jean included a Fisherman's Pipe that he used while fishing, not marked but it is by his hand and having belonged to him and being bamboo shanked makes it more special.

I also received my antique Reading Hardware Tobacco Slicer and used it to cut up some Wessex Gold Brick which was delightful, all in all a nice day with a wonderful meal of grilled Swordfish in the Kamado Joe, Sweet Potato Salad and Rhubarb Cherry Chutney the wife made to go with it.

Those pipes are very sharp, I had never heard of him previous to your post. I looked him up on google pics and his pipes are quite nice indeed.

fish, great looking pipes. That cutter is awesome, reminds me of the antique cigar cutter I have. Now I wish it was a tobacco slicer like yours, want to trade? LOL
I am going to start hitting the antique stores looking for a cutter like that. I want one.
