I'd say PA is a more interesting smoke than CH. But if pipe cake is what your after CH is considered the gold standard. If you ask me, building cake is overrated but it's just a personal preference.

I agree, I keep little or no cake on my pipes. I never destroyed a pipe just by smoking it.
