Wife has Oxyclean (& the label says Oxyclean) in a spray bottle to take care of stains in clothes before she throws them in the washer. What kind of Oxyclean are you all talking about?

I use a no-name brand and it works just as well and I haven't become a zombie from it, which is a plus...

Yes the powder stuff is what you want.

I use the liquid version in about a 3:1 solution with water.
