Out Of Stock Filter at Smokingpipes Not Working?

I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue. I like to use the "in stock" filter when searching for tobaccos on the smokingpipes.com web site but, for the last month or so, when I click the In Stock button, it has no impact. Put simply, it's not weeding out the out-of-stock tobaccos. I've included an image so you can see what I mean. I've tried this in different browsers (Chrome and Edge) on different devices, I've tried it in Incognito mode, I've tried doing it while logged in and out of my account . . . all with the same results. All the other filters on the site seem to work perfectly.

I contacted their customer service department and they told me they weren't able to recreate the problem so it's working on their end. Is it just me? Is there something obvious that I'm missing here?

Nah. Not horrifying at all. Nor is it traumatizing or violent.

The website in question is a popular site that is important to the community.
Calling this issue to their attention helps them and it helps their customers.

Technically, two filters broken. Tinned Tobacco, first result is definitely not. And then In Stock.

Oh that sucks. That filter is the one I use pretty much everytime I make an order that isn't for the regular go to tobaccos. It's especially helpful when looking at certain brands where there are more out of stock then in stock.
Oddly had this issue and then didn't have this issue a few months ago during the same shopping "trip". Don't know what fixed it.

Heaven forbid someone ask for help with a problem. Good lord, man. It doesn't work for me but it worked for the customer service rep so I was just curious if i was doing something wrong. I never once complained about it causing me any trauma so get off your high horse.

You would think this but technically this is just how their site works.. and has for some time in my experience.

While I don't have any inside baseball type knowledge... I'm pretty certain they consider anything that is "packaged by the manufacturer in weight less than 1 pound" as being "tinned" while anything 1 pound or larger is considered bulk. If you looked, for years, you'd see that 500 gram factory packs of Gawith Hogarth and 1 pound factory bags of Sutliff were always considered bulk while the smaller 8oz boxes/bags of Samuel Gawith, etc. are "tinned".
The 16oz factory bags of D&R are also under "tinned" though so it's not always 100% accurate.. but seems to be their methodology... or at least the closest that my OCD addled brain can justify
