The easiest way to tell of what vintage they are is the stamping, if it's sans serif then they're the old ones, quite a find if they are new-old-stock and would be a must buy!
Even if they're Cadogan-era they'd probably still be a nice quality pipe and for a brand new one I'd say that's a great price!
I don't have a proper Orlik as of yet, but I do have one of their 2nds, a Matchless liverpool that smokes like an absolute dream, it has thicker walls than the usual old British pipe and it's built rock solid.
The old ones with the brass inlay O on the stem are sought after, especially if it has a hand-cut stem, which they offered on the higher grades.
