Do you know of any preferences for tobacco you already have developed? For example, some of those blends have been known to have a decent sized nic-kick. If that is something you're trying to avoid, then you may want to articulate that before the members make a recommendation. Unless this list you've compiled is already narrowed by your preferences, in which case I would recommend:
Old Dublin.
Haven't tried any of the others. Happy buying!

Salsa, everyone's tastes are a bit different and everyone can recommend what they would try, but I think you would get better results if you gave a few examples of a few things you have tried so we can have a comparable basis as to recommend what we may think you will like.
If you just want straight recommendations...I have not tried any of those listed but I have tried a lot of Peterson blends and haven't found a bad one yet. I would say get 3 tins of that. One to try, one to cellar and try later and a third to either trade if you don't like it or an additional tin to cellar for even longer.

Definitely recommend McClelland Blue Mountain. One of my favorites.
To add a few others to the list; I would recommend any of these Peter Stokkebye blends: Luxury Navy Flake, Luxury Twist Flake or Balken Supreme. Or any one of these Samuel Gawith blends: Squadron Leader, Skiff Mixture or Perfection.

For what it's worth, at this point.
I am a huge fan of Old Dublin. It is my go-to English blend, always in my rotation. I consider it a medium English, good any time.

Ashton's Artisan is also a very good blend, although not one I smoke often. It's got Syrian latakia in it, with, IIRC, just a touch of perique.

I have smoked Blackwoods Flake, and enjoyed it a lot, and intend to acquire some for the cellar. Blue Mountain is also very good.

Consumate Gentleman I did not care for - one of those light on the lat English blends - like SG Skiff, and, from what I have heard, Early Morning Pipe.

No experience with Jacknife Plug.

So, of that list, I can recommend 4 of the 6.
