Oddball GBD - 9438 Legacy

I thought that I has seen every version of the GBD 9438 shape, but this Legacy is a first. A pretty easy restoration, full details here:

Very cool pipe Al. I've never seen one like that either, and it looks like it got the top rim rusticated like the International series. I also take it that the end of the shank is stained dark like the rim? Nice grab!

@Orley , good memory, that top I'd like the International series and the end of the shank has a black nose.

GBD made a line called Universe which is a smooth version of that same pipe. They don't show up very often but it's an exact match to yours save the carving.

Interesting Glouchesterman, I can see these floating around the mid 1970's disco's, enjoyed by a gentleman wearing a leisure suit.
