Appears to be a Captain Warren. Does the chamber lift out of the pipe?
I believe so, saw this one or one exactly like it on flea bay i believe it was a screw in bowl.

No idea how old or who made the pipe, but it definitely has a repaired or replacement stem. Looks like it was a well-loved pipe, so hopefully it brings you many happy smokes.
