NPD: Savinelli 673KS Oceano Rusticated

I've wanted one of these for a couple months now, but since I already had a Sav I had prioritized getting other makes. Couldn't wait any longer. Going to break her in with a bit of Boswell's Best this afternoon.

FYI: the pouch pictured was purchased in the same order: a Savinelli Suede Combo Pouch in cognac. A bit pricey, but I have to say very soft and nice in person. Holds pipe, cleaners (in pipe compartment), lighter, tamper, filters, and some tobacco.

Enjoyed my first bowl in the new Sav. Smoked absolutely wonderfully. It is a 6mm filtered pipe and I use the balsa system with those. Fit and finish are excellent and it is very comfortable in the hand. Savinelli is 2 for 2 with me.

Nice! I love my Savinellis. My first shape from them was also a 673, in alligator blue. As a University of Florida alumnus, I just had to have a "Gator" pipe, lol.
That pouch is sweet too!

My first was a 606 bent apple alligator blue -- love that pipe, and really like the uniqueness of the alligator finish.

My first Savinelli was a Foresta 106 which I like a lot and frequently reach for.
