What do the various numbers on a pipe's nomenclature, particularly "F/T", mean? Some obvious, but there are other numbers that refer to something. Thanks for reading.

Thank you for your information, gentlemen. I should have done a search and would have discovered that "F/T" means "fishtail." I will check out the link you provided as well. BTW, the pipe in question in particular is a 50 year old Dunhill.
