I don't follow those set, so I can't comment on the pricing.

The "Professor" shape has always appealed to me.

This clearly was not a question of the pipes. They look fabulous and I would love to be the proud owner of each and every one of them. If the price was even close the set would have sold in a heartbeat. It's probably a good time to contact the seller with a low ball offer.

3rd time this set is up for sale. The price is gradually dropping (initially it was around unsmoked price).

It's a nice set, but out of my league and a large investment / risk compared to my other eBay adventures

If unsmoked -- and tracked down today -- the price is in the right range, along with the pipe rack.

But of the pipes where I could get a look into the bowls, those looked smoked.

Every pipe in this collection should be shown individually from several angles... not done by the seller.
