I recently received a pipe from a family member but they didn't know anything about, but it has a Spade looking symbol on it. Any info, like I said I am new so please don't mock me!!! lol

I have seen pipes with a spade on the stem but I do not know that name of them. No need to worry, someone will chime in with the answer soon :D .

Without a picture it is hard to say for sure. That being said, it is probably a Dr. Grabow pipe.

Could also be either a Ring Master or a Waldorf but my money is on Dr. Grabow as they have been around for many years and are still made today so there are tons of them being bought/sold/traded.

Navigating the site takes some getting used to but once you have it down it is fairly easy to find pipes.

LOL...thanks. Now gotta clean them, so more searching on how to do that. But I go think it is the one you all mention, Grabow. Was able to look at it more closely. Is that a good brand?

Grabows are decent smokers in my experience. I throw away the filters though.

The spade is the mark for Dr Grabow for certain. Dr Grabow is an American made pipe sold for a fairly cheap price, and marketed as the "working man's pipe". They aren't of the highest quality, but I own quite a few of them and find them to be reliably good smokers.
They come with a paper filter. I find they smoke best wit out that filter.

Thanks for the site with the logo and names of the brands. I just picked up a Dunbar, (filtered pipe) and a Dr. Grabow Omega. The Omega was easier to read. Thanks again fellas
