No longer able to bring in whole leaf tax free. This is part of the Governments 'Smoke free 2025' quest but they still want the tax in the meantime. Tobacco tax increases 10% per year here. No permit required to import cigars though, still got to pay the tax on them. No mention of pipe tobacco, just gets lumped in with tobacco products.
