Good Morning All,
Happy to join this forum. I've been a pipe smoker for five years now. Got into the hobby because it reminds me of my dad. Still have fond memories of being a kid and smelling the sweet, aromatic scent of pipe smoke in the air. It brings me great comfort, as I'm sure it does to many on this forum. I've built quite the pipe collection; Ser Jacopo, Savinelli, Peterson, Comoy, etc. My favorite is my Neerup P. Jeppesen Boutique (photo attached). My favorite tobacco is Dr. Bradley from Iwan & Ries. I live in the Chicago suburbs, and when I visit Iwan & Ries, I'm like a kid in a candy store. Definitely worth checking out, if you guys are ever in Chicago.
I'm excited to connect with you guys, make some new friends, and learn more about this great hobby.
Hope everyone is staying healthy and safe during this pandemic.
P.S. ~ Does anyone know of a good actual print magazine on pipes and pipe collecting?
Best,
Andrew
