Very personal decision. Without knowing preferences and budget, the best I can offer is my recent experiences.

Over the last year or so, I've picked up
a Brulor (inexpensive but a bit small for daily use),
a Peterson Dracula tankard (great pipe but also a bit on the smallish side),
a Vauen horn (not yet smoked but checks all the boxes),
a Savinelli (zero complaints, great smoker although the balsa filters tighten up the draw too much, so no filter),
a Peterson Christmas pipe (nice pipe, vile bowl coating).

Probably can't go wrong with any of them though.
