You have to brake it in, just load her up and smoke slow.

The precarbed bowls have a coating that consists of Buttermilk, sourcream, and sublimed (finely pulverized) activated charcoal. After a time you won't remember which is which... :D

LOL what's the difference? You don't have to sand the pre-carb out of the Oom Paul, thus saving time!
