New pipe purchase

Just bought this, Seller gave very little detail and needs a little TLC but quite pleased with it so thought I would share.

Not arrived yet so can't be sure, seller says its french and says De Flandre on it thats all I know.

Ok guys pipe arrive today as well as saying "Flandre" it also says on it "Ls Fiolet" its clay with the band holding the mouth piece in place, it's a lot smaller than I thought but nice.
any one who can shed any light on it?

Seems like it may have been a full clay at some point and had the mouthpiece added at a later date

Coalsmoke looks that way from what I have found looks like they stopped making them in 1894 so somewhere between 1850-1894 quite interesting really.
