I got my first tattoo on South Street, then got drunk and passed out in some bushes.
I woke up to daylight and business people streaming by, giving me "the look" near the corner of 15th and Walnut.

jaytex969 - Speaking of Philadelphia's South Street... did you see the video on YouTube of the guy, who at 4th & South, was tased by two security guards, and his pants burst into flame? My uninformed theory is that one of the taser spikes hit and broke a plastic Bic-type butane lighter in his pocket, which released the butane, which in turn was somehow ignited by the taser current.
