Greetings, I've been following the forum for some time and reaping the benefits of a lot of experienced craftspeople. I began smoking a pipe about 40 yrs ago, then laid it aside when I got immersed in the fitness industry and other time-consuming occupations. Since the pandemic hit, with lots of time to re-explore former interests, not only did I resume pipe smoking but also began restoring them - having done close to 100 now, and getting a lot of instruction from this forum and from the other usual suspects. I'm rebuilding my own pipe collection mainly from the experiments and rejects that I'm not comfortable offering to others. I've been relearning about the tobaccos as well, first beginning with visits to Barclay Rex which is nearby, but then trying several Crumble Kakes and especially enjoying Mac Baren's Scottish Blend and Cornell & Diehl's Autumn Evening. I hope I can give back in proportion to what I have gained from here.
