Hi. I first picked up the pipe in 2015, smoked for a few years and put them down until recently. Had always seen this board from searching pipes/tobacco so I finally joined. I smoke more codger burleys than anything but also enjoy the opposite end, Lakelands. Have more cobs than briars currently but currently eyeing some from various vendors. The unintended consequence of taking a multi year break is my tobaccos remained asleep in their jars. Regards

Reason I ask — you’re not the first fellow admirer of American Codger burleys that also enjoys the Lakelands. My curiosity demands I try them!

I’ve only had the flake. KC is the safest starting point imo.
