Sounds great, I might try it but....how do you smoke plug??? I have never smoked plug or rope before.

You cut thin slices off the plug or rope thus giving yourself a flake. Either fold and stuff the flake or rub out.

I can't wait, personally. Jack Knife has really been a wonderful smoke for me, and opened me up to a lot of different flavors.
