New Favorites

I've acquired quite a small stash now, albeit, a small one of about 15-18 or more different types of baccy. Today I tried three different ones and two are for sure destined to become favorites- Dunhill 965 and Royal Yacht. The Yacht even gave me a little buzz surprisingly. I thought I was beyond that but it fooled me. 7 Seas Royal is another that's climbed the ladder of likes as has 1792.

Sounds like your getting to be able to differentiate the different tobaccos.............
unfortunately i get into the rut of 1 or 2 at a time.

Just wait until you start finding different tobaccos that taste the same as other tobaccos you already have! I hate when that happens,lol. My taste buds are not sensitive enough to differentiate between Black House, Blue Mountain, and Magnum Opus, for example. At least I can tell the difference between a Balkan and a VaPer, heh heh. That's half the fun of building a stash, trying the different things.

I'm actually starting to pare down and buy more of what I like and less of stuff that I may only try a couple times. That said, I just bought some blending tobaccos for the first time and I'm going to have some fun playing with blends in my kitchen.

Oh, I've already been there and wondered if something was wrong with my taste buds. I couldn't tell CD's Burley Flake #3 from Captain Black White. I'm getting better at this, I think a some have a different taste than others like in the above.
