New build done today

So I needed to build a rifle to have as a display model since I do a lot with AK rifles. This one started life as a saiga sporting rifle in 7.62x39 as seen here.

Sorry bout the stolen photo but I didnt do any before shots. So after stripping the rifle, removing the base plate, moving the fire control group forward, modding the hammer to accept the bolt hold open, repainting, modding the mag latch to accept standard AK mags, adding a quad rail, AFG, pistol grip, AR stock adapter and a BUS stock and a few other touches we have the very first no I aint gonna sell it but I'll build you one Aces Firearms AK47.

Yep quad rail it is I just really needed to build one for display purposes and not for sale.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Ohin the sporting rifles shoot great if you're thinking about grabbing one dont hesitate. Grizz I for sure work on the 1911 series, thats another one I need to build a display for.

cool let me know when you are ready and we can do whatever you want with it of course if an ounce or two of baccy saw its way into your pistol case when you ship it to me I might hafta throw a discount on the work :D

Nice ! I sold both of my Hungarian AMDs and a Yugoslavian RPK to finance pipemaking tools :crying:

I plan to replace them with Saigas though :D

I've done the mods to my Saiga 12, its a sweet little shotgun. I call it "The Tenderizer"
