I am in New Zealand and cannot find any pipe tobacco seller except one website. Can somebody help me in finding one????

Even i have heard about them all but the problem is that the custom duties they say are as high as 184$ for an unaccompanied parcel even if i order just 7oz and thus i was looking for someone within New Zealand. I don't know much about all this stuff as i am a noob.

It's probably illegal for tobacconists within NZ to ship to you, if you can't find any information.
That's the case in Canada, so you may be out of luck...

As far as I can tell, you can probably order tobacco from 4noggins and keep it to the NZ limits, 250g.
