If this is allowed...

I have 4 older tins that I know I will probably never smoke and want to sell but have no good idea what they might be worth. All factory sealed. Could someone point me in the right direction to get some reasonable values?
Thanks.

Values vary on whether the particular blend has a following or not. Blends made by McClelland, Germain's Esoterica, Copes or A & C Petersen, Wills, Murrays, Sobranie Ltd, McConnells, or Rattrays - actually made by them - not a German clone with their name on it - or Dunhill are worth multiple times what other blends are worth on the secondary market. It's like the movie business. "A" listers make millions and everyone else is lucky to make rent.

Without knowing what blends you're referring to there's no way to give you a ballpark figure. As others have said, look at tinbids, Pipestud.com and also look at 4Noggins. Do this repeatedly over a couple of months since the offerings change daily, or weekly, so that you have time to see a wide variety and get a sense of market prices.

Just spit balling, $25 to $30 for the Stratford and the Squadron Leader, $50 for the Margate (Esoterica is hard to price - it's all over the place, could be more) and I have no idea about the English Opulence

Stratford can go for $30-$40
Squadron Leader for $40-50
Margate for $80 to infinity.
Dunno about the Stokkebye, maybe $40 - $50.
Just my opinions.

If it were me i would list them as follows and be open to offers -

Stratford - $30
Squadron - $40
Margate - $60
PS - $35

Maybe cut a good deal if someone wants multiple/all, makes shipping easier.
