Need Help Deciding on Some Meerschaums

The 2 meerschaums i have looked at for a while have not sold for quite some time - any one see why ?

both might be over priced - not sure of meerschaum quality
Never ordered estates & mg is definitely smoked - no shot of the churchwarden bowl
mg is quite unusual no mention of draw

The churchwarden is not smoked & open draw to what extent who knows
Anyone know this retailer ?

I've dealt with Marty several times. He's a good guy. He's always been openly honest (and opinionated) when I've asked him questions about a pipe. I tend to think of him as my virtual brick and mortar because I can talk to him openly and he's honest about what he's selling.
If he tells you a pipe has a tight draw then it's got a tight draw, etc.
