Mystery Pipe

This pipe is listed as an Everyman pipe but it has what looks to be a PLip stem. Any guesses?

It also is stamped "ITALY" so maybe it's a "ogni uomo".

My guess is that "Comoy" Everyman pipes are still being made, because they are. But they have been outsourced to Italy, which is the guess. I have seen a number of italian basket pipes with that look trying to copy peterson.

So is it worth a $15 + shipping risk, without being able to hold it in hand? I know nothing about the everyman pipes. The owner says it has been used 3-4 times. Does not seem to want to be bothered for more details. It is a Craig's list item.
