Mystery Pipe "Chairmann" Stack #6323 w/ Innertube

Gents, I purchased a ton of pipes from Denmark... from the heirs of a collector of mostly Danish pipes. The shape of this "Chairmann" is Danish enough, but the innertube throws me off. I can't find any info on the web. Any ideas? Stamping (see last photo) "CHAIRMANN" (all caps - underside of shank) and "6323" (horizontal, at shank-stem transition).

Who made that pipe says fraenkel brothers (eng) had a chairman line. Not sure if that’s related to this or not. Awesome stack regardless!

It probably does. Who Made That Pipe is useful, but you need to already know a lot to miss being mislead by it.
