Hi folks, anyone recognise this stamp? Gold embossed Lion rampant on shield. Horn stem, gold band, no other markings.

....also, have not yet tested the band but looks to be (maybe) 10K Rose Gold? And wondering if the stem is original. It's a little loose in the tenon but can't expand it like i could vulcanite. Anyway, i'll clean it up and give it a try with some Erinmore Mixture ;-)
