My first Savinelli. Also, my first new, un-smoked briar pipe! The cumberland stem on this thing is gorgeous. It's light, but still feels substantial, and the drill hole looks clean and centered. I think it's going to be a great smoker.
Edit: It's a "La Pipa 2007"

Vulcanite is nice but I don't mind Lucite at all. A heck of a lot easier to maintain.

A great looking pipe from one of my favorite makers. I especially like the lucite stem...great visual balance. I've never had a Sav that wasn't a joy to smoke.
