My new Peterson Tankard! kinda pic heavy

Hello all!

Well my 2ND pipe that I ordered in celebration of my graduation from high school is another Peterson, this will be my 2ND Peterson. Its the Tankard, Iv only seen it on cupofjoes, and that's where I ordered it from. Its also my first pipe with the p-lip, I haven't smoked out of it yet, actually I tried smoking yesterday, a word for the wise...even if you get a brand new pipe and brand new tobacco...you probably shouldn't smoke when you have had and still have a really bad cold, and a terrible cough for 5 days and counting...just some advice not that I did that yesterday or anything.

Thanks! I'v always wanted a tankard shape, was looking for a rusticated one, but settled for the smooth, there's something about the shape that just makes it seem like it should be in a Irish pub. When I saw this on cupofjoes I just had to have it haha

Love that tankard. I just wish they had one with a fishtail bit. Not too fond of the p-lip.

The Tankard is by far one of my favorite pipe shapes! I wanted at least one P-lip just to see if I liked it or not, Ill decide once I get over this cold, But just from gripping it in my mouth I think I like the fishtail more...

Thank you! I will let you guys know how it smokes, as soon as this cough goes away! I hope to be well enough to smoke tomorrow of maybe late tonight. The question now is what to smoke it it :mrgreen:

Great choice. They are a nice light pipe and the one I had for awhile was a great smoker.
