I picked up a white stem pipe at Boswells the other day and wondered how it would hold up, but it sure was calling my name. I've been eyeballing a set of ivory grips for one of my Rugers, so it must be addictive. That's a very generous looking bowl as well. Enjoy!

Do you mean you suspect it might not maintain its' whiteness?
I have a Nording Hunter series that is 1.5 years old that I have smoked fairly regularly and it still looks like new. It is the black ebonite stems that I have trouble maintaining to look like new.
Here's my Nording:

I've probably smoked that pipe 20 - 30 times and that is a fairly recent picture from a few months ago.
