I keep my meers in their case.
not me. Though it's harder for me to find a figural one I do like. But when I do like them I like them lots. But you can't go wrong with the classic shapes. If that makes sense.

Most of my meers reside in a large ash tray or litter my desk. I like them handy, ready to smoke.
Mine sits in the racks with the briars, now the cobs are scattered all over the house though

I like the light colored stem on a Meer, and it may look even better when the bowl darkens. I think my one Meer is best with some of the more refined blends, non aromatic and aromatic, showing the nuance and complexity of a sophisticate blend.
Yeah the stem really sold me on it too. It reminds me of a chocolate swirled cheese cake.
The stem has a nice marble sort of look. I do quite like it.
