Awesome, and some good choices. I've never walked out of a B&M empty-handed
I picked Plum Pudding, Orlik Golden, and Presbyterian because they're almost universally praised so I figured they're must trys. The owner recommended Marlin Flake as a second VaPer to balance the selection so I figured I'd give that one a try as well.
You must have a great tobacconist across the pond, enjoy. puffy
Unfortunately this one is about an hour drive if traffic's good, so I only visit the town once or twice a year. Of course now that I smoke pipes I'll probably find more excuses to go. My local B&M is great for cigars but for pipes they have a limited selection and only bulks.
Nice array. Just those would make a good rotation.
Thanks, I was aiming for a good rotation.
You just never walk out of a B&M empty handed even if all you get is a cigar or two.
Absolutely. I'm a big proponent of supporting local businesses especially for niche things like fine tobacco.
The Cargo Hold looks interesting, to bad they don’t have a website, but there’s some pics of the shop.

I like looking at places online, looks like an interesting place. :)

Enjoy them, thanks for sharing...

It's an amazing shop and not just for tobacco. They have an eclectic array of stuff most of it is nautically themed, a lot of it is stuff for yachts and hobby sailing and the town is a big hub for those. Really smart business model since they aren't overly reliant on any one thing. They probably don't have a website because it's a felony in the state to ship tobacco (though the Tacoma Tinder Box does anyway) so there's no online sales, plus pretty much everybody into pipes in Western Washington knows about them and goes there.
