This was a tough one to find but I was finally able to get one. By Vauen is this Apple bowl Meerschaum lined with panel shank and silver spigot assembly.
Although the pipe can take a 9mm filter it smokes perfectly without one, keeping it smokey with some F&T Virginia Mixture.

That is a German beauty. Is the meerschaum removable (i.e., as in a gourd calabash)?

Nope it's mounted permanently buroak and it is one pipe, like the Tsuge Tankard I own with over 3000 smokes, in all kinds of weather just keeps on keeping on.
