I bought 2 tickets online, would you happen to know how they will be delivered?

Just have the email you bought them under on hand and the first and last name of the buyer. Not your email if your wife bought them, not your middle name if your first name is on the card, etc etc. Deciphering the aliases of folks is the biggest form of delay and they are clueless when we say: We don't have that name, anything else? It's always their real first name or wife..


Unless they changed it, there isn't a hard copy ticket that arrives in the mail.
