How to check Moisture of tobacco it seems its not dry

I place a bowlful or more in a mixing dish and feel it with the back of my fingers. If it feels cool to the touch then it's too moist for me; so I use a hot air blower to dry it out.

If you squeeze it between your fingers and it crunches a bit but doesn't fall apart, it's perfect. If it instantly turns to dust, it's slightly too dry.

I for one squeeze it between my fingers. If it falls apart / it's brittle, it may be too dry. If I squeeze it and it springs back, that's the moisture level I most often like. If I squeeze it and it sticks together, or it takes a bit longer to spring back, I will let it dry. Also ... too wet of a baccy will leave moisture on the fingers after you squeeze it. I guess it's trial and error, you will get used to it after a while.

I like a little moisture in mine, personally. If I were you, I would try different levels of moisture doing what others have said by squeezing it between your fingers and see what fits you best. My personal opinion is that tobacco can be too dry or too wet, but the word 'too' means different things to everyone.

CB contains propylene glycol, a humectant, that keeps it moist.
