That's what I ask of those who say they represent me when they enact laws.I'm glad to see that the tax increase on pipe tobacco isn't going foreward at least for now.I realize that there are places where one shouldn't smoke. My personal feeling though is that many of todays smoking bans are excessive, beyond legal, and should be challenged in court. Then of course if these laws were reversed our fight would still be against those who wish to impose their will on us by taxing us into the wild blue yonder. It's not hard to see what happens when those in charge set out to dictate instead of represent.

Because "he's alright" or "they did ok" is not good enough for a 250 thousand dollar a year job.

The tax on pipe tobacco got shot down? For real? When did this happen? Where do we start celebrating? Somebody get me the gnarliest, most leather smelling tobacco and the biggest damn pipe you can find!

Man talk for happiness! I'm lit up with you bro! Celebration is every smoke, the more leather the sweeter it gets.

I agree 100%...it's unfortunate that the current discourse encourages people to feel like they have to be EXTREME in everything they say and do politically..a shame really.
