They actually work great all the time. Plus most of them are about 5 1/2 inches long or shorter. Winner.

Yes! The one I'm smoking right now is under 2 inches. The best. I think I'm going to pull mine out now, cap the pipe, and smoke this bowl in bed later on when I wake up at 4am. The best thing about it is that I can do this and the wife won't say a thing.
