Hello everyone, I’d like to ask for some advice.

I’ve been searching everywhere for a metal filter for a pipe—specifically, I believe it’s a 3mm size—but I haven’t had any luck finding it, not even on the official manufacturer’s website. Unfortunately, I also couldn’t find it on Amazon or eBay.

The specific pipe I’m looking to fit it with is this one:
No. 13 Dezerter - Pear Wood Tobacco Pipe - https://mrbrog.com/collections/churchwarden/products/tobacco-smoke-pipe-dezerter-churchwarden-no-13-high-quality-pear-wood-root-hand-made

Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I dont know what country you are in becuase you didnt put it in your profile.
I can tell you where to get them in France

Otherwise search online pipe shops under filter accessories.

Not sure why you want one. Metal filters pretty much suck IMHO

They are still made and sold. Amazon is not the place to really find pipe accessories.

They work fine and they are cheap
for most pipes you need to cut them in half which means you get double the fliters

You can cut a piece of printer paper small and roll it up if you have good dexterity and test what its like.

It will absorb moisture and some gook.

Im a fliter smoker but I use 9mm charcol filters. If you really want filters that is the way to go

Im not alltogether convinced that paper filters are worth bothering with. I have them but I really dont use them. If you dry out your tobacco a bit more you will already have less moisture...but obvioulsy other people feel different since they still make them. Id try and decide.

I think metal ones just get gunked up and gurgle.
