i ordered a church warden from them oct 4th. i still have not received it, i have emailed them at least 4 times with no answer, was wondering if any one else had delt with them. dave

When LOTR pipes were a hot board topic I remember a couple of board posts about complaining about MacQueen's very slow shipping and frustrating customer service. FYI Vauen had the rights to reproduce the LOTR replica pipes

Yep, it's a common thing to wait 2-4 months on a pipe with them.

Good luck with them. I had one on ordered for Fathers day. Still don't have it, did get a full refund though. It was said to be sent out and I was to return it when I received it. Yep still waiting since June.

They are very sloppy with their shipping department. I orderd a pipe in February and didn't get it till June. They gave me a $50 store credit for whatever I wanted so I just got a pouch and stand. They again somehow messed something up and I just got that package 2 weeks ago. Just stay on top of them and start making some of your messages sound more "pissed off" and they will get back to you quicker.
