Depends on what you want from the experience.

FWIW, I remember the 2000 edition as a lighter blend, not the robustness of the others. Of course, it's been 8-9 years since I last smoked it, so it may have gained a little something.

I always got a kick out of ordering from McCranie's. Only place I knew where I'd place the order, send the check, and they'd send the order out immediately without waiting for the check. That honor system made you feel good.
I agree. Ha, when I first ordered from them I asked if they would repeat the payment instructions because I thought I misheard them.

I really miss Currituck. That was by far my favorite offering of theirs.
