McClelland Closing

Sorry if this has already been posed about and if I'm late to the game.
But I heard on the grapevine that McClelland is closing for good, I took it for pure fake news/rumour, but then looked on my usual sites (4noggins and smokingpipes as they ship to UK) and saw they were totally out of stock.
Is there any truth to this and has anyone heard anything or it is total b.s?
