In honor of McClelland's 35th anniversary Mike and Mary McNiel have introduced a wonderful new Virginia blend called
"Stave-Aged 35". It is a mixture of ribbon cut red, lemon, and stoved Virginia's that is tinned with a chunk of the stave of a Kentucky Bourbon white oak barrel.
