I bought this David McCarter stacked Rhodesian with bamboo shank from Bobby Nesbitt at Two Friends Pipes.
I had it on layaway and when it was paid David contacted me and said he noticed something on the bit he wasn't satisfied with and offered to refund my money, get a different pipe or have him redo the work.
I opted for him to redo the work since I liked the pipes profile and he offered me my choice of colors for the redo and I chose orange Cumberland since it sounded unique.
Here are photos of what I bought and how it looks now sitting here with me, I could not be more pleased with customer service like this, a tip of the hat to both Bobby and David. :D
