Curious to know if anyone has tried one of these pipes or if you know anything about them?

I saw his auctions too and got interested. A lot of his pipes seem to have super thick walls. Like he only owns a 0.79in drill bit for the chambers, but likes making massive pipes. quality looks good though.

That seems to be fairly common with some of the italian makers. Moretti is the same. Great pipes, but he insists on a fairly narrow chamber. I know old cajun drilled out one or more of his morettis.

Yes I had Floyd drill out a large Canadian Moretti, reason being I had a bent Moretti that had a larger chamber that was unusal for him and it smokes very well, the Canadian was an alright smoke, but it was like a Greyhound Bus with only 2 passengers , no payload, bowl was 1/2 inch I had Floyd drill it to 1 inch, the smokeing difference was amazing, kind of like in the carburetor days when you put bigger jets for more power, Moretti is a master of pipe makeing, but he ain"t perfect.
