Might Stick Around

So I decided to open up the tin of Maltese Falcon tonight, and was really blown away. Was super cool and flavorful (though my pallet is definitely not ready to break it down), but I was only able to get through about half the bowl before I had to put it down due to the shakes.
I definitely want to find more of this and keep it around, but I might need to wait on it for awhile.

I have smoked 4 or 5 bowls out of one of the tins I ordered. I had the benefit of smoking some with a bit of age on it supplied by carolinachurchwarden, kind gentleman that he is. It is quite good but I think it will improve after being open for a couple of weeks and I think it will improve a ton with 2 to 5 years of aging. Definitely a blend worth stocking up on.

It’s an enjoyable blend, rich & sweet. Have an unopened 10 yr old 8-oz tin, & a Jared tin somewhere in the stash.

Here's what it is: Lat, Oriental, and Virginia. Here's the PC pitch:
GL Pease Maltese Falcon is a stout Latakia blend with a distinctive flavor. It's quite rich, with an undercurrent of sweetness that produces large clouds of thick and creamy smoke; a perfect blend for cool evenings. If you're a fan of deeply smoky Latakia blends, you'll want to keep some Maltese Flacon on hand.
