So I had to leave Louisiana unexpectedly, and head north. On the bright side, I got to drive through Mississippi and I was able to stop somewhere I've always wanted to - The Country Squire!

If you ever get a chance, I really recommend it. 30+ different varieties of tins and maybe 25 or more house blends. There was a menu for the house blends with a nice little description.

I was able to pick up 2 loose house blends, Second Breakfast and Baker Street, and also a tin of their 50th anniversary.

Also, there is a coffee shop next door. Under more normal circumstances, I would have bought a coffee and sampled one of these on their front porch, but I had to get it to go.

So I made it back home, and now to waiting. Should stave off the cabin fever for a bit.

Stay safe!

In the sticks in Mississippi
Glad you got to visit The Country Squire! I live about 90 miles away and manage to get down there a few times a year for the last 6 years or so. Great place, but somehow I always end up at the huge liquor store next door after a visit. Amazing selection, and between the two of them, it always turns out to be a rather expensive trip!
