I know there are more than one type, and I know they are aromatic, and I know alot of people here really like them.
Would someone please give me a sort of description/ review on them, or one, or whatever? That would be sweet thankyou

So i am mostly a VA smoker, but i enjoy the VA's that have a sugar content that gives them the burnt sugar caremel flavor, is there on of these that you would recomend the most?
Sounds like Gold is it, but im not sure

I've been reading all the fuss, but have been very apprehensive about plopping down any cash. I don't usually smoke aromatics, and when I do, they are in the lighter Danish style, not the heavily cased American style. I want to taste tobacco, not flavorings. I have enjoyed blends like MacBaren's Vanilla Cream or Mixture, and I enjoyed Stanwell's Vanilla a lot.
But from what I read, these blends are not in that style - they are fairly heavily cased. Is this correct?

jchaplik- If you're looking for a caramel flavour I'd suggest the Royal Blend. I believe it's a Burley, Black Cavendish, Virginia leaf combination (the tin merely says "a blend of black and golden tobaccos). Almost everyone I've run across in reviews on youtube or tobaccoreviews.com mention the same flavours I noticed, that it tastes mostly like a caramel, vanilla, rum flavouring.
Jud- If you're looking to try one of the 7 Seas line, but you're looking to taste the tobacco more definately go with the Regular Blend. I've had the Black Blend, Royal Blend, and Regular Blend and out of them all the Regular is the only one that the leaf combination really came to the forefront. It's a Black Cavendish & Golden Burley leaf combination that has a casing of vanilla and chocolate. The casing didn't seem quite as heavy on this blend as it did on the others. Also this blend seemed to be the most complex of the three as the chocolate and vanilla flavours would intermingle and sometimes intertwine along with the Golden Burley and Black Cavendish occassionally taking center stage.

These things are invariably a matter of personal preference. But the Gold didn't do much for me (I would certainly give it another try, of course). The Royal, however, is excellent. It's heavier on the Burley/Cavensish, whereas Gold is heavier on the Va (I think).
